Provider’s Activities for the 3rd Quarter of 2025

Training Title: «Integrated assistance to victims of GBV/CRSV at the primary healthcare level» within the framework of the project "Technical support for capacity building activities for primary health care professionals and health leaders in providing services to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV), as well as communication activities in Ukraine".

Training Objective: To enhance the knowledge and skills related to providing and integrating services for GBV/CRSV survivors at the primary healthcare (PHC) level in accordance with WHO guidelines and national legislation on GBV.

Target Audience:

  • Health sector managers
  • Primary healthcare physicians
  • Nurses / medical assistants

Training Duration: 3 days

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the CPD training.

CPD Credits:20 points.

Provider’s Activities for the 4th Quarter of 2025

Training Title: «Integrated assistance to victims of GBV/CRSV at the primary healthcare level» within the framework of the project "Technical support for capacity building activities for primary health care professionals and health leaders in providing services to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV), as well as communication activities in Ukraine".

Training Objective: deepening and testing of acquired knowledge and practical skills in providing quality services to persons affected by HIV/AIDS in accordance with WHO recommendations and national legislation on HIV/AIDS.

Target Audience: for healthcare workers who have undergone WHO training with the support of the ICF “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” in previous years (2022, 2023, 2024).

Training Duration: 1 day.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of continuing professional development, upon successful completion of the test.

CPD Credits: 22 points.

Training Title: training for teachers of family medicine departments «Integrated assistance to victims of GBV/CRSV at the primary healthcare level» within the framework of the project "Technical support for capacity building activities for primary health care professionals and health leaders in providing services to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV), as well as communication activities in Ukraine".

Training Objective: To enhance the capacity of medical education institutions in training future health managers by introducing and integrating a curriculum on the health system response to gender-based violence (GBV) and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV).

Target Audience: teachers of family medicine departments working in medical educational institutions in the Odesa, Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Lviv regions.

Training Duration: 3 days 

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of continuing professional development, upon successful completion of the test.

Training title: Training of trainers on GBV and CRSV within the framework of the project "Technical support for capacity building activities for primary health care professionals and health leaders in providing services to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV), as well as communication activities in Ukraine".

Training Objective: ensure that teachers acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for effective interagency coordination, the development of a response system that is sensitive to the needs of victims, and the integration of issues related to combating GBV/SGBV into health policy and practice. 

Target Audience: teachers of family medicine departments working in medical educational institutions in the Odesa, Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Lviv regions.

Training Duration: 2 days 

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of continuing professional development, upon successful completion of the test.
