The International Charitable Foundation “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) as part of the implementation of the project “Stable Families, Stable Future: Transformation of the Child Care System in Odesa and Mykolaiv Regions” announces відкритий конкурс на надання послуг з проведення групових та індивідуальних занять
Please familiarize yourself with the tender documents consisting of:
a) this announcement;
b) specifications with annexes.
в) технічне завдання.
Terms and conditions of the tender:
- Надані учасниками тендеру пропозиції мають бути дійсними без змін впродовж 30 днів.
- Ціни мають бути зазначені в гривнях України, включаючи всі витрати, відповідно до вимог у специфікації
- Requirements for the proposal, qualification criteria and payment method - as specified in the specification.
- The deadline for submission of proposals is no later than «29» вересня 2025 р., 18:00. All proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
- The main evaluation criteria that will influence the final decision on the winner of the tender are specified in the specification.
- Переможця тендеру буде обрано на засіданні тендерної комісії, яке відбудеться, як очікується, не пізніше «30» вересня 2025 р., після детальної технічної, фінансової та правової оцінки пропозицій. Протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з моменту прийняття такого рішення організатор тендеру проінформує переможця у письмовій формі.
- Proposals are accepted by e-mail (scanned documents) to the following e-mail address ukraine.procurement@healthright.org
- The Fund reserves the right to request additional materials or information from the tenderers to confirm the compliance of certain provisions of the proposals with the requirements of the specification.
- Only proposals that meet the requirements of this announcement and the specification with its annexes will be accepted for consideration.
- The Fund reserves the right to terminate the tender procedure and reject all proposals prior to the conclusion of the contract.
- Only the selected winner will be contacted.
