Two books that support those who teach others to help

Working with issues of gender-based violence and conflict-related sexual violence always requires a great deal of responsibility, sensitivity, and professional restraint. That is why it is so important that trainers who teach others are not left alone with these challenges.

We have prepared two practical publications designed specifically for new trainers — teachers of family medicine departments at medical educational institutions who work or plan to work with this topic.

📗 Supervision program to support new trainers
This is a reference guide that helps trainers feel professionally supported, confident, and secure in their work. The program provides guidance on how to deal with difficult cases, emotional stress, and professional doubts, as well as how to grow and develop in the role of a trainer. It is about support, partnership, and consistency.

📙 Facilitation guide for trainer training
This guide is a practical tool for those who teach others how to respond to cases of GBV and CRSV. It explains in a simple and understandable way how to design training for adults, work with a group, use interactive methods, and create a safe space for learning. The guide helps not only to transfer knowledge, but also to form strong, professional teams of specialists capable of providing dignified and effective assistance to victims.

Both books are about people and for people. They are about how to support those who support others. They are about professionalism, sensitivity, and care in education and in practice.
