Article on the main points from the URC2025 conference

This was the focus of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, which took place in Rome last week. Among more than 100 government delegations, international partners, and civil society leaders, Halyna Skipalska— Country Director of the HealthRight International in Ukraine and Executive Director of the ICF 'Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health', also participated in the conference.

Important points were made at the international level: true recovery is impossible without trust, and trust begins with people. With women who help others. With specialists who provide support in the most difficult moments. With everyone who creates change where they live and work.

The focus is on the role of civil society organizations, women's leadership, Resilience Centers, and coalitions that are already forming a new support system in Ukraine.

This is not a “Plan B” — it is the force that holds the country together.
