We announce a competition for the position of Менеджер/-ка з питань безпеки.

Project objective: Проєкт спрямований на підтримку жінок та дівчат,  постраждалих від війни громадах Чернігівської та Харківської областей та створення їм полегшеного доступу до рекреаційних та психосоціальних заходів, інформаційних сесій, юридичних та медичних консультацій, кризової допомоги, довгострокової емоційної, психологічної та соціальної підтримки. Він допоможе та навчить клієнток виходити з кризових ситуацій.

Основні цілі: забезпечення безпеки персоналу, ефективне управління ризиками, забезпечення виконання вимог законодавства та стандартів безпеки, співпраця та координація з іншими членами команди УФГЗ, місцевими органами влади, міжнародними гуманітарними організаціями та іншими зацікавленими сторонами для координації дій та обміну інформацією щодо безпеки. 

Project implementation period: 01 червня 2026 – 31 березня 2027 р.

Employment: partial..

Place of service provision: головний офіс у м. Києві, поїздки з питань безпеки в межах країни (зокрема Донецька, Харківська, , Чернігівська та інші області, прифронтові території).

Main tasks:

• analyze the context and development of the security situation; 

• to take measures to improve the safety of the team while operating in the frontline areas; 

• assess security needs on the ground; 

• ensuring effective data collection in the field; 

• регулярно створювати  аналізи та звіти щодо безпекової ситуації та комунікувати з цього питання з керівництвом та донором; 

• support the implementation of safety and security procedures in the field by team members; 

• аctive monitoring of violence-related risk management activities through on-site monitoring visits and information exchange with staff and stakeholders, and staff training on safety issues; 

• здійснення  службових розслідувань інцидентів або ситуацій які виникли  під час здійснення діяльності  МБФ УФГЗ ( у разі необхідності),  та  забезпечення реагування на безпекові виклики в умовах війни та воєнного стану, пов’язаних з  безпечною діяльністю персоналу, надавачів послуг;  

• participate in the development of relevant security procedures and protocols (if necessary), and keep them up to date; 

• holding regular events on key security issues for stakeholders and the team; 

• забезпечити збір та аналіз інформації щодо безпеки у локації на якій здійснюється проектна діяльність  МБФ УФГЗ; 

• to determine and provide recommendations to the Director on ensuring an appropriate level of personnel safety; 

• conduct working visits to clarify the current security situation at locations; 

• ensure the preparation and approval of plans and procedures to ensure the safe operation of personnel; 

• to represent the organization for interaction with international, non-governmental and other security agencies; 

•  рrovide briefings and monitor compliance with the requirements of the security manual; 

• understanding of political, economic and other security factors in all areas of the ICF's presence 

• контроль місцеперебування членів команди проектів МБФ УФГЗ; 

• ведення списку персоналу та готовність до оперативного пошуку у надзвичайних ситуаціях. 

Requirements for candidates:

• Compliance with policies and procedures and their implementation, experience in reporting; 

• вміння працювати в команді, стресостійкість; 

• розвинені аналітичні здібності;  

• experience in the security sector and/or NGOs (will be an advantage); 

• вільне володіння українською мовою;  

• readiness to travel within Ukraine; 

• a B driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience. 

ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ КАНДИДАТА:

Результати роботи будуть оцінені за такими критеріями, як своєчасність, відповідальність, ініціативність, креативність, комунікація, точність та якість наданих послуг.

Оцінювання буде проведено координатором проєкту, що також стане основою задля виплати винагороди за надані послуги.

Representative office of HealthRight International in Ukraine - is an international charitable organization that works in the field of public health and human rights to ensure access to health and social services for vulnerable populations.

The International Charitable Foundation “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” - is a charitable foundation established by HealthRight International to build local capacity and support Ukrainian initiatives that provide life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable women, children and youth. The organizations have been working in Ukraine since 2005 and implementing models aimed at preventing child abandonment, gender-based violence and HIV and AIDS; promoting the development of local communities by increasing the capacity of NGOs and local governments to improve the range, access and quality of social and rehabilitation services.
