We announce a competition for the position of Соціальний/-а працівник/-ця Соціальної квартири.

Project implementation period: червень 2025 – листопад 2026

Донор: ЮНІСЕФ та ГС «Українська мережа за права дитини»

Employment: повна

Place of service provision: м. Київ

Main tasks:

• Проведення оцінки потреб Клієнтів, які перебувають у Соціальній квартирі.
• Здійснення соціального супроводу та надання соціальних послуг Клієнтам Соціальної квартири.
• Інформування про права, соціальні послуги, медичну, соціальну, психологічну юридичну допомогу, якими можуть скористатися Клієнти
• Ведення випадків та особових справ Клієнтів, які перебувають у Соціальній квартирі.
• Активна участь у всіх заходах, які проводяться в рамках проєкту.
• Розробка, планування та організація соціально-профілактичних, освітніх заходів.
• Control over the physical condition of the premises, compliance with safety and confidentiality rules and regulations in HalfWay House
• Conducting group classes to develop healthy lifestyle skills.
• Дотримання конфіденційності інформації, яка стосується Клієнтів та членів їхніх сімей.
• Formation and submission of reporting information on the implementation of the project plan for each calendar month.
• Графік роботи – цілодобове чергування (1 доба через 3)

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the social sphere, public health, psychology, pedagogy.
• At least 2 years of experience in the social sector.
• Knowledge of the MS Office package.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Knowledge of and adherence to the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CCEA).
• Ability to find a way out of extreme situations.
• Punctuality.
• Decency, friendliness, tolerance.
• Responsibility.
• Knowledge of and strict adherence to professional ethical standards.

ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ КАНДИДАТА:

Результати роботи будуть оцінені за такими критеріями, як своєчасність, відповідальність, ініціативність, креативність, комунікація, точність та якість наданих послуг.

Оцінювання буде проведено координатором проєкту, що також стане основою задля виплати винагороди за надані послуги.

Representative office of HealthRight International in Ukraine - is an international charitable organization that works in the field of public health and human rights to ensure access to health and social services for vulnerable populations.

The International Charitable Foundation “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” - is a charitable foundation established by HealthRight International to build local capacity and support Ukrainian initiatives that provide life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable women, children and youth. The organizations have been working in Ukraine since 2005 and implementing models aimed at preventing child abandonment, gender-based violence and HIV and AIDS; promoting the development of local communities by increasing the capacity of NGOs and local governments to improve the range, access and quality of social and rehabilitation services.
