The Board of the International Charitable Foundation “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” (UFPH) is the organization’s strategic governing body, ensuring effective management, operational transparency, and adherence to its mission.
It is composed of experts and leaders with international experience in public health, human rights, social policy, and non-profit management.
Board members oversee the implementation of programs, compliance with ethical standards, and the targeted use of resources. They shape strategic decisions aimed at strengthening the resilience and impact of UFPH’s work in Ukraine. Through their guidance, UFPH successfully implements humanitarian initiatives, promotes innovative approaches in public health, and expands partnerships at the national and international levels.

• Theresa Penaflor Castillo Chair of the Board, Chief Program Officer at HealthRight International, public health and gender equality expert with over 20 years of international experience.
• Gabriel Robert DiClerico Board Member, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at HealthRight International, finance and management specialist, graduate of The Wharton School.
• Diana Roberta Silver Board Member, Professor at New York University, public health policy researcher, and author of numerous academic publications.
