ICF “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health”

International Charitable Fund “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” (UFPH) – is a Ukrainian charitable organization, established in 2008 and founded by HealthRight International, with an aim to prolong its successful initiatives of social support and assistance to pregnant women, woman recently confined and young mothers with children, and to other vulnerable groups of women, children, youth and theirs family members.

The Board Members and Supervisory Board Members of the UFPH, who have supported its establishment and development, are the Directors of the HealthRight International in Ukraine and USA, All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV and State Social Services for Family, Children and Youth. The UFPH’s Head of Board is Victoria L. Sharp. Executive Director of the ICF “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” is Halyna Skipalska. Organization’s interests are represented in 14 regions of Ukraine by the staff of aforementioned state institutions and civic organizations and also by the leaders of international public organizations, in particular CF “Caritas” and Peace Corps in Ukraine. These are very initiative and purposeful experts, specialists with many years' experience in the sphere of public health, law, education and social policy.
